Go on, invite everyone. Nine trays, five meat favourites and a whole lot of sharing: Wagyu, pork belly, bulgogi and Black Angus LA ribs, plus three jars of kimchi and three of each dipping sauce.

The meat

500g Thinly sliced Wagyu brisket (2mm · NE brisket · 1 × 500g tray)
1kg Sliced pork belly (8mm · 2 × 500g trays)
1kg Korean marinated beef bulgogi (2 × 500g trays)
1kg Wagyu chuck eye roll (4mm · 2 × 500g trays)
1kg Black Angus LA ribs (2 × 500g trays)

The sides

3 × Sempio ssamjang (170g per tub)
3 × Sesame oil & salt dipping sauce (small dipping containers)
3 × Dr. Korean sliced kimchi (450g per jar)

Approx. 4.5kg of meat across nine 500g trays; every 1kg is two 500g trays. Sides are on top of the meat weight. Serves 8–12: from $14.08 a head shared by 12.

Delivery & storage

Prepared and packed by Meatboys, then delivered chilled with an ice pack, within Sydney Metro only, on the scheduled delivery days. Delivery is included.

Keep refrigerated and follow the storage instructions and use-by date on each product. Meatboys recommends freezing the meat if you won't cook it on the day it arrives.

Delivery days

Monday to Friday: Sydney CBD and nearby: Barangaroo, The Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Ultimo, Chippendale, Pyrmont, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay.

Monday: North Shore, Northern Beaches, the Ryde–Epping corridor and the Hills.
Tuesday: Western Sydney, the Inner West and some south-western suburbs.
Wednesday: eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
Thursday: southern Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
Friday: Bankstown and around.
