Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Australia. We do not ship internationally.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched the next business day from Sydney. Metro areas usually receive their order within 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas may take up to 14 business days, depending on location. We email your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery cost
- Orders with a table: free delivery to the metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. Regional and remote areas pay a flat $59 (including GST), because of the bulky freight and the distance from Sydney. Hobart and Darwin are regional areas.
- Kits and accessories on their own: free delivery everywhere in Australia.
- The $59 is charged once per order, however many tables or extras the order holds.
Areas follow our courier's delivery zones, matched on your postcode, suburb and state. The exact cost is shown at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery address.
If your address cannot be matched to a zone, checkout shows "Delivery — address to be confirmed" at the regional rate.
Meat packs
Meat packs are prepared by Meatboys and delivered chilled, within Sydney Metro only, on scheduled delivery days. Each meat pack's page shows the day for your suburb. Delivery is free within Sydney Metro; checkout does not offer delivery for meat anywhere else. Keep the meat refrigerated and follow the storage instructions and use-by date on each pack.
How tables arrive
Because of their size, tables are shipped in two separate packages and need manual handling to arrive safely. It is normal for one box to arrive shortly before the other.
