Refund policy
At KBBQ PLUG, we understand that there may come a time when you need to return or exchange a purchase, and we aim to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You can choose to receive a store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. In the case of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange return shipping and send the correct product at no additional cost to you.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or not cared for according to our care instructions, nor for items returned without proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation. Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. To initiate a return, please email support@kbbqplug.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable), and our friendly team will guide you through the process.
All KBBQ PLUG products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural defects in the table frame or legs, manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, and components that fail under normal household use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, marks, discolouration, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications, or failure to follow care instructions. Accidental damage and commercial or heavy-duty use are also excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing. If your product is found to be faulty under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. To lodge a warranty claim, please contact support@kbbqplug.com.au with proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will assess your claim and confirm the next steps.
