This table comes with everything to start your first session: the table, charcoal grill insert, stainless-steel reusable grill mesh, cast iron grill pan, and table-top cover. Grab a kit with your order for sauce trays and extra mesh.

Light charcoal with a chimney starter for about 15 minutes until coals glow white grey. Drop in the insert, adjust heat with the V2 airflow vents, place grill mesh on top, and you're cooking. Full instructions in the box. Outdoors or well-ventilated spaces only as charcoal produces smoke.

Premium lump charcoal or hardwood. Avoid briquettes with chemical accelerants — they affect the flavour. Coconut shell charcoal burns clean and hot and is our recommendation.
