How it all works together
This table comes with everything to start your first session: the table, charcoal grill insert, stainless-steel reusable grill mesh, and table-top cover. Grab a kit with your order for sauce trays and extra mesh.

How to use it
Light charcoal with a chimney starter for about 15 minutes until coals glow white grey. Drop in the insert, adjust heat with the V2 airflow vents, place grill mesh on top, and you're cooking. Full instructions in the box. Outdoors or well-ventilated spaces only as charcoal produces smoke.

Dispatched next business day from Sydney. Metro areas: allow 2–5 business days. Regional areas: allow up to 14 business days depending on location.
Delivery cost: free to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. Regional and remote areas pay a flat $59 (incl. GST) on orders with a table, because of the bulky freight and the distance from Sydney. Kits and accessories ship free everywhere. You'll see the cost at checkout once you enter your address.
Please note: due to the large size of the KBBQ table, orders are shipped in 2 separate packages and require manual handling to ensure safe delivery. You may receive one box shortly before the other. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & warranty
You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You are responsible for any return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Email support@kbbqplug.com.au.
Charcoal & fuel
Premium lump charcoal or hardwood. Avoid briquettes with chemical accelerants — they affect the flavour. Coconut shell charcoal burns clean and hot and is our recommendation.

WE LOVE this table so so much. Great quality. Easy to use. We have used the table four times already and it was so much fun and cooks beautifully.
However, if I could make one thing better for your future batch, I would love to have either ingraved OPEN and CLOSE sign or sticker for the air vent control lever for better tailored fire control.
