The Baram is the portable one. It folds flat, fits in most SUVs, and works great on a balcony or at the beach. Ideal for 4 to 6 people. The Madang is bigger and built to stay put — it's the backyard table, built for 6 to 8 people and long sessions. Same charcoal experience, just different situations.
Each table comes with the charcoal grill insert, lid cover, cast iron grill pan, stainless steel grill mesh, and grill lifters. Want extras like sauce trays or mesh packs? Add a kit when you order.
Light your charcoal in a chimney starter until the coals are hot and lightly grey. Place them into the charcoal grill insert, adjust the airflow, then add your grill pan or mesh on top. Full instructions come in the box.
Binchotan is the gold standard. It burns hot, clean, and lets the flavor of the meat shine. For everyday use, lump charcoal or hardwood works great. We'd avoid anything with added chemicals. You'll taste the difference.
Not really. Once it cools down, empty the ash, wipe the table, and you're done. The grill mesh is easy to clean or swap out when needed.
Yes, that's exactly what it's made for. It's perfect for camping, beach days, and balcony dinners. Just make sure you're in a well ventilated outdoor area. Charcoal should never be used indoors.
We dispatch next business day from Sydney. Metro areas usually arrive within 2–5 business days, while regional areas may take up to 14 business days depending on location.
Due to the large size of the table, orders are shipped in 2 separate packages and require manual handling to ensure safe delivery. It’s normal for one box to arrive shortly before the other.
